Our eSIM plans are data-only, optimized for internet access. You can make calls using apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom over data. For regular phone calls, keep your physical SIM active.

Yes, most of our eSIM plans support hotspot/tethering, allowing you to share your data connection with other devices like laptops or tablets.

When your data is exhausted, the eSIM will stop working for internet access. You can purchase a new eSIM plan if you need more data. We'll send you usage alerts at 80% and 90% usage.

We offer refunds for eSIMs that haven't been installed yet. Once an eSIM is installed and activated, it cannot be refunded as it's linked to your device. Please check compatibility before purchase.

If you experience any issues, contact us immediately. We'll troubleshoot the problem and if it's on our end, we'll either fix it or provide a full refund or replacement.
